Social Status is looking for a Paid Advertising Specialist to join their team in Melbourne.
Duties:
- Speaking with Account Managers around client requirements, results and concerns
- Paid campaign conceptualisation and strategic implementation to meet core business objectives
- Remote staff management to assist with campaign tracking & optimisation
- Copywriting and creative design for ad creation
- Regular analysis and reporting on results, social media metrics and ads performance

Requirements:
- 1-2 years Paid Advertising experience
- 1-2 years Digital Agency Experience
- Proven track record of working to and exceeding campaign KPIs
- Strong copywriting skills and strong concept ability
- Understanding of advertising strategies, including split testing and optimisation
- Experience executing campaigns across Social & Google
- Expert at using Facebook Ads Manager & Google Ads
- A deep understanding of various campaign types and objectives. Lead Generation, Dynamic Product Ads, E-Commerce, Conversions etc.
- Experience working on multiple clients at once
- An ability to think outside the box and execute ideas quickly
- Initiative, be proactive and be a team player. Added bonus criteria:
- Ability to design landing pages using Click Funnels
- Google Analytics experience (setup & utilisation)
- Experience managing a team
