We are looking for a transformative Sales leader, well versed in technology, to spearhead our growth in 2020. The primary responsibility of this role is the grow our business by identifying and assist in closing new growth opportunities that can be produced by our parent company, as well as working with our Client Partners to find additional opportunities within our existing client base.

This role is a member of the leadership team and requires strategic ownership of go-to-market strategies for service and capability offerings in:

• Website Design & Development
• Digital Transformation Consulting
• Digital Products and Marketplaces
• Enterprise Applications and Platforms
• Data and Analytics Modernization
• Digital Marketing

This role will also have opportunities to partner with leaders across a global technology consulting organization, with 30,000 employees, that currently services over 100 of the Fortune 500. Landing and Growing clients through sales of our EDGE (Engineering, Digitalization, Globalization and Emerging Technologies) offering.

In this role you will:

• Implement the growth strategy for meeting enterprise sales and performance targets
• Organizing a new Business Development team to sell Pactera services on the East Coast
• Target clients that will be foundation accounts and plan for long-term growth opportunities within those accounts
• Guide sales by overseeing pitches, negotiating agreements, and closing new logos
• Gain buy-in from delivery management to identify new strategies and opportunities to grow service offerings and revenues
• Train, lead and inspire our current team to grow accounts
• Report to the Agency’s Managing Director on revenue goals, projections, and growth

The right person has:

• 10+ years of experience growing and leading technology focused sales teams and executing on a business plan
• Extensive experience with the RFP process and other industry new business processes
• Experience with Technological Transformation, and leading client through that process
• Successful track record (10+ years) of building business within a consultative sales model
• Cultivate business relationships through networking, industry events and outbound marketing
• Ability to speak to both tactical and strategic decision makers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with web development and software development life-cycles
• Knowledge of digital marketing services and trends
• Experience producing and meeting quarterly and yearly revenue projections
