We are looking for a Sales leader, well versed in technology, to work with our Business Development, Account and leadership teams. The primary responsibility of this role is the grow our business by identifying and assist in closing new growth opportunities, as well as working with our Client Partners to find additional opportunities within our existing client base. This role is a member of the leadership team and requires strategic ownership of go-to-market strategies for service and capability offerings in:

• Website Design & DevelopmentDigital Transformation Consulting
• Digital Products and Marketplaces
• Enterprise Applications and Platforms
• Data and Analytics Modernization
• Digital Marketing

This role will also have opportunities to partner with leaders across all of Pactera, a global technology consulting organization with 30,000 employees, services over 100 of the Fortune 500, growing clients through EDGE (Engineering, Digitalization, Globalization and Emerging Technologies).

In this role you will:

• Devising and implementing the strategy for meeting sales and performance targets
• Organizing the Business Development team to collaborate across disciplines and best compete for new opportunities
• Target clients that will be foundation accounts, and identify long-term growth opportunities within those accounts.
• Guide sales and account teams through by overseeing pitches, reviewing agreements, and closing new projects
• Collaborate across management to identify new strategies and opportunities to grow service offerings and revenues
• Train, lead and inspire current team by frequently reviewing and guiding employee growth
• Report to the Agency’s Managing Director on revenue goals, projections, and growth

The right person has:

• 10+ years of experience growing and leading technology focused sales teams
• Extensive experience with the RFP process and other industry new business processes
• Experience with Technological Transformation, and leading client through that process
• Successful track record (10+ years) of building business within a consulting services sales model
• Cultivate business relationships through networking, industry events and outbound marketing
• Ability to speak to both tactical and strategic decision makers
• Automate sales pipeline management and reporting using and PSA
• Manage partnerships and alliances with software, platform or services providers
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients, team members and direct reports
• Familiarity with web development and software development life-cycles
• Knowledge of digital marketing services and trends
• Experience working with quarterly and yearly projections & revenue targets
