• Do you have the tenacity, resolve, and competitive edge for sales? This means being loud and proud on social media, building connections on LinkedIn, prospecting with cold-calls and emails and being the marketing superhero that all businesses need on their team
• Can you build positive relationships? We use a transparent, consultative approach with our clients and have an industry reputation of being digital marketing leaders. Our best clients are busy growing their successful business and always appreciate our friendly help and guidance along the way
• Are you a quick, passionate learner? Our successful team members are always growing their professional skills with on-going training and professional development days
• Are you internet savvy? What works online today may not work the same tomorrow. You’ll need to be up to date with the latest search algorithm changes, ad platform opportunities and the latest digital user experience trends

What You Bring:

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with people
• Ability to work within a team and interact with awesome business owners
• At least 3 years sales experience (Agency experience an asset)
• Strategies for Cold calling and prospecting
• Proficient computer and online skills
• Strong multi-tasking abilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
• A fundamental understanding of how websites and digital marketing help attract, engage and convert users

Position Duties:

• Meet with prospects via phone, video meeting & on-site meetings when permitted
• Manage CRM & Keep prospects updated on our services through strategic marketing qualified campaigns
• Conduct cold-calling and email prospecting to qualify prospects into leads
• Consult with inbound leads and put together a needs assessment and services proposal
• Contact & Build relationships with existing clients and promote inside sales campaigns
• Meet with external and internal stakeholders to kick-off new projects, programs and campaigns
• Work with business development and marketing stakeholders to develop new sales and business development strategies
• Manage content calendar for social media to attract qualified prospects to our website properties for Hello Digital Marketing & Hello Websites
• Other Sales & Marketing duties as assigned. Reporting to partners and business development team
