SSDM is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager Ninja. This role will collaborate with the teams to create innovative ideas and support with all things digital oversight and execution.

Responsibilities May Include:

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Design and build social media presence for clients and internal marketing teams
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
• Collaborate with agency team, client’s internal teams and other partners
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

The requirement details:

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or relevant field or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills – Empathy, listening, proactiveness and conflict resolution are a must have
• Ability to work creatively while managing a consistent workload
• Ability to build rapport and have a positive attitude
• Ability to work within a creative team environment
• Self-driven, time management and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ongoing drive to do push the creative envelope and keep up with the latest digital trends
• Willingness to learn and be adaptable to change
• Proven working experience in digital marketing
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)

Nice to Have:

• 2+ years of professional digital management experience
• Email and content marketing experience
• Previous digital agency/marketing/advertising sales experience
• Previous experience and understanding with CRMs and Marketing Automation Systems, Salesforce Pardot, SharpSpring, etc.
• Previous experience and understanding of Google Ads and other digital media platforms
• 2 to 3 years previous digital and/or agency experience
