What we need:
Construct Digital is looking for a talented Digital Account Manager to join our team. You will manage our client portfolio to help our clients improve their web presence.
As a Digital Account Manager, you should have solid experience in digital marketing with a customer service approach. You should also have a clear idea of how digital tools and technologies add value to company strategy and performance.
Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to business growth through creating and maintaining long-term client relationships based on your wide knowledge of digital strategy and tactics.
• Act as the point of contact for clients for digital management matters
• Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
• Set digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
• Suggest, design and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI
• Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
• Optimize web content to increase traffic and improve SEO
• Develop and present social media strategies to clients
• Report on web performance metrics
• Analyze digital campaigns success
• Stay up-to-date with digital and marketing technology trends
• Proven work experience as a Digital account manager preferably in a B2B setting
• Hands on experience with SEO/SEM and CRM/MA software
• Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords/Facebook/LinkedIn campaigns
• In-depth understanding of marketing technology, digital media and social media platforms
• Demonstrated strategic or consultative approach to account management
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
• A Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Technology or relevant field
• Ability to effectively interact with all levels of an organization, from project manager to executive, while still introducing elements of fun and humor in the workplace
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation abilities
• Strong listening skills and the ability to be open to new ideas from team members, coworkers, industry sources and clients
• Ability to oversee and lead several clients at once
