Content Marketing Executive

Brandalism is looking for a Content Marketing Executive to join their team in Sydney.


Brandalism is looking for a Content Marketing Executive to join our team of content marketing and creative specialists. You will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of our content marketing strategies across key clients under the guidance of an Account Manager.

We’re looking for someone who loves creating beautiful content, working across a range of channels and content types and helping clients grow. Someone with 2+ years of experience in a similar content or social media role and someone who has a passion for understanding audiences and creating content aligned to their needs.


  • To support the development of content marketing strategies and campaigns across clients, led by the Account Manager
  • To attend client WIPs, providing relevant input and collating minutes back to the client
  • To lead the production of content (think video, reels, blogs, animations and email) in line with the overarching content marketing strategy and retained deliverables. This includes content planning and calendar management and copywriting
  • To support with the production, delivery and wrap of all content projects/campaigns
  • To understand your clients’ business, being fully aware of the market, consumer and current issues affecting each category
  • To support with photography/videography shoot planning and to attend shoots to ensure all content is captured in line with client guidelines and content needs
  • To identify opportunities and new ideas for our clients and to work with the Account Manager to pitch this successfully to the client
  • To support the Account Manager with research and data analysis when required. This could be for influencer/ambassador research, reporting research or new strategy research
  • To gain approval of briefs, content calendars, estimates/timelines, copy and final artwork by the Account Manager
  • To work with our support staff and freelancers to deliver on all briefs in a timely and accurate fashion – this will include creative and copy briefing
  • Some more admin-focused aspects of marketing may also be part of this role when required, including copywriting, community management and engagement, the briefing and scheduling of content, etc.

Experience And Education:

  • 2+ years demonstrated experience in a similar role (agency experience preferred)
  • Experience producing content across a range of digital channels in line with an overarching strategy, i.e. social media, email marketing, video and photography
  • Technology skills (MAC and Google Drive savvy)
  • Software skills (all native social channels, Google Analytics, Canva, Shopify and * Sprout Social savvy)
  • Data measurement and evaluation skills
  • Tertiary qualifications
