The Business Development Rep position is responsible for the growth and development of new business by engaging new clients through referrals, networking.
An interest to grow a career in digital marketing, including a current knowledge or study of Google Analytics, Social Advertising, Email Marketing and other Online Marketing disciplines is desirable.
The Business Development Rep will have good interpersonal, communication and telephone skills with both internal and external stakeholders. They will need to be strategic in how they prospect and approach Inbound Leads to hit a growth target.
A key attribute would also be the ability to show adaptability to change a strategy quickly if it is not working and be willing to be coached by our own digital specialists and pursue self-learning through Impressive Academy to progress skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:
● Obtaining new clients on a monthly basis to meet meetings booked targets
● Working closely with Strategy Directors to deliver sales targets and revenue
● Maintain CRM accuracy of 99.9%
● Preparing proposals for clients ensuring they are accurate and delivered on time
● Presentation of company products and services using the appropriate Impressive templates
