  • Need to be an outspoken advocate of the agency
  • Should have perfect presentation skills
  • Should be able to pitch and close qualified inbound leads through sales calls
  • Researching and preparing proposals, scopes of work, and marketing services agreements (MSAs)
  • Using HubSpot to maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline
  • Partaking in internal meetings to improve collaboration between sales and marketing
  • Leveraging your existing network for increasing the agency’s visibility and attracting new opportunities


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, communications, design, or development
  • More than two years of direct sales experience with either an agency or a B2B, SaaS, or technology company
  • Experience in maintaining a pipeline using a modern customer relationship management (CRM) platform such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
