We are looking forward to finding a new colleague for our Business Development team, who will be responsible for finding, evaluating, recruiting and managing a set of channel partners – primarily ones not closely affiliated to a single large technology company.

This is a full time position, where you can be based either in the local offices in Vienna or London. There is also the possibility to work remotely from Germany (Hamburg area prefereable). The role covers potential travels (up to 10%) to other company offices and key partner locations.


• Understand the value proposition of Adverity and communicate it effectively to potential partners
• Process inbound requests from potential channel partners, to determine the feasibility of each according to our partner structure and strategy
• Proactively outreach to potential channel partners that fit our strategy and priorities, across multiple markets (primarily English and German speaking)
• Be able to form and communicate a compelling joint value proposition for each partner
• Agree the terms of the partnership with suitable channel partners and work with Legal to put the appropriate documentation in place for each new partner
• Manage a number of channel partners in order to make the partnership successful over time

• Experience in a similar role for a SaaS company comparable to Adverity
• Additional experience in a pure sales role is a plus
• Good understanding of key channel partner players and dynamics for SaaS businesses
• Eagerness to contribute to the success of the team and grow within the organisation
• Data-driven and analytical mindset, combined with a sense of creativity and great communication skills
• Self-motivation to learn and improve
• Fluent in both English and German is a plus
