Position: Account Director
The Account Director’s role is to build and maintain client relationships by acting as a liaison between clients and company project teams. Internally, the Account Director plans and executes quality work, identifies upsell opportunities, and ensures the timely delivery of solutions according to client requirements.
In this Role, You will:
• Provide suggestions and guidance to clients on their marketing initiatives
• Review marketing deliverables prior to presenting to clients
• Scope, manage, and lead projects, communications with clients and internal teams to ensure delivery of quality digital projects on-time and on-budget
• Identify and mitigate any and all project risks
• Confidence in overseeing all phases of project discovery, design, production and launch.
• Manage multiple projects and identify upset opportunities in web design and online marketing services
• Maintain strong client relationships through a comprehensive understanding of business needs
The Right Person has:
• Familiarity with various marketing channels (Paid Media, Paid Search, SEO, Email, Social, Content, etc.)
• Experience working clients through CMS website builds, including Magento, Drupal, WordPress, Demandware and Sitecore
• Knowledge of marketing concepts, development, information architecture, UI/UX standards, and internet search technology
• Ability to manager and execute on multiple tasks within established deadlines
• Excellent organizational, written and communication skills
• Minimum of 3 years client service experience leading site builds or website redesigns in an agency setting
