Holland & Barrett Selects Dept To Deliver Its Digital Roadmap

Europe’s largest health and wellness retailer, Holland & Barrett, has partnered with international digital agency Dept as part of the global transformation of its e-commerce experience.

Following a highly competitive pitch, which included an intense three-day hackathon, Dept was chosen to assist in developing Holland & Barrett’s website. This will help Holland & Barrett to deliver its ambitious digital roadmap. The first phase of the project launches in spring 2019 with the website platform being iterated on over the course of the year and rolled out across all markets.

Holland & Barrett will work with Dept to help it move away from its position as purely retail product focused, and start to expand its offering as a service-based provider.
