Hallam Agency Appoints Bethany Sharma as Their New Client Services Director
Multi-award-winning digital marketing agency, Hallam, appoints Bethany Sharma as their new Client Services Director.
With ambitions aligned with leadership roles when she joined Hallam, Bethany progressed from an Account Manager to the Head of Client Services and now takes on the role of Client Services Director.
The opportunity to lead the Client Services function and help to shape the experience that our clients have when partnering with Hallam is something that I’m incredibly passionate about. My core objectives are to maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention and sustainable growth of the revenue of the client base. I’m excited to see where the next few years will take us.
Bethany began her career at Hallam in 2018, where she joined as an account manager. Previously, she worked in B2B marketing and sales, where her responsibilities included increasing revenue from existing clients and building new business pipelines.
