The commercial is inspired by Wes Anderson’s famous movie Grand Budapest Hotel and this time, the guests of the hotel are the bees.
The bee hotel is designed using top premium luxury-based items which are named after the tea flavors of the brand, Taylors of Harrogate.
Rooms have names such as: lemongrass and ginger bar, the rose lemonade restaurant, the peppermint leaf gym and spa, the sour cherry bedroom and the sweet rhubarb queen bee suite – inspired by Beyoncé because of her stage name.
To top it all off, the bees even have a disco. The miniature hotel seems perfect with all of its tiny details.
The hotel is the bee’s knees. Get a grand tour here:
Kate Halloran from Taylors of Harrogate states the importance of the bees in her speech,
Bees are so important in helping to provide great flavour, but less attention has been paid to show how urban areas can be made more pollinator-friendly. The aim of the bee hotel is to not only educate and entertain, but to also inspire action.
Packshot of this commercial is ‘Without bees there will be no teas, so thank you for the flavors.’
Bees play a crucial role in nature and without their pollination, the world wouldn’t be as we know it today.
Taylors of Harrogate is a responsible nature-brand and they are counting on the bees – so are we.
The grandeur of the hotel, its name and all of the other Anderson-inspired details are simply glorious.
What’s our favorite part? As Queen Bee, the brand put Beyoncé’s picture frame to add to the magic of the hotel.
The brand also dedicated a glorious website to this buzzing hotel. Check it out: bees.taylorstea.co.uk
