Google announced its new app called Trips a few days ago, an app that serves as a planner and travel guide for explorers.
The app claims to organize your plane tickets and hotel bookings, offer editorial guides to more than 200 cities and create personalized recommendations based on your history in Google.
The best thing about the app is, it can work offline. You can download your data before you go: your maps and else, then if you don’t get a chance to access internet, you still can use Trips. All you need to do is to log in with your Google account.

When you are done with your travel, Google shows you your completed trips in a list, and the upcoming ones. There’s a feature called Things To Do which is the most popular thing about the app. It finds destinations according to your location and shows you the distance from that destination. So that you can plan your day and the transportation.
