Bassmat, a full service digital marketing agency with locations in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt and the USA, showcased the capabilities of their exclusive partners – Flowics and Double Robotics – at the Saudi Travel & Tourism Investment Market (STTIM) this week in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Hatem Alkherish, CEO of Bassmat said,
We are a unique digital marketing agency because we have developed relationships with not only marketing service providers, but also companies that are solving global challenges that all organizations face. Our partnerships are the way of the future and the innovative technology we are able to offer our clients is a large part of what makes our agency different.
One partnership that Bassmat has, and that made quite an impact at STTIM, is with Flowics, a digital marketing platform that unlocks the power of User Generated Content (UGC) using tailored autoresponder agents and interactive displays.
During STTIM if you sent a Tweet to @Bassmatme asking for the conference’s daily schedule including the event and day of the week as hashtags, you would receive the agenda for that day. This service was beneficial for visitors who needed fast access to the event schedule for each day.
Another partnership that Bassmat had on full display was their relationship with Double Robotics. Bassmat team members in the USA were able to visit the STTIM expo floor and travel around just as if they were there in person. This was achieved using the Double 2 telepresence robot.
Nancy Deol, Marketing Manager for Bassmat who lives in the United States, said,
It was a wonderful experience to be able to travel to Saudi Arabia for the STTIM conference using the Double 2. I was able to walk around the expo floor, and speak to many different companies, sharing how our relationship with Double Robotics allows me to save an extraordinary amount of time and resources for our digital agency.
During the STTIM conference and exhibition, Bassmat also announced their newest, exclusive MENA partnership with SearchReputation. This collaboration will allow Bassmat to offer a best-in-business solution for clients who are struggling with negative online publicity.
Bassmat was founded in 2003 with headquarters in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and three other offices throughout the Middle East – Riyadh, Dubai and Cairo – and an office in the USA, just outside of New York City. Bassmat is known for understanding the local consumer, and also how to expand their clients’ reach beyond the MENA region.
