Ayima has a well established and successful New York operation and we are looking to develop a similar presence in San Francisco’s Bay Area. We are searching for a talented Vice President of Operations who is confident in taking ownership of every aspect involved in setting up and running an operation in a new city. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take a plan from infancy through to execution, with success being a direct reflection of your efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader interested in working directly under the CEO.


• Set up the office from the ground up
• Establish processes and procedures to create a framework for success
• Drive business development to ensure profitability from the outset
• Identify growth opportunities and focus on increasing revenue while creating genuine value for clients
• Hire talented individuals to help service clients
• Provide strong leadership to the team and establish strategic direction
• Motivate staff and foster a positive culture
• Ensure complete client satisfaction
• Effectively communicate to own team as well as key contacts globally
